HOW CAN YOU HELP?
GOOD NEWS! WE DON'T NEED YOUR MONEY. Our travel budget to be here is fully covered by a few wonderful friends from as far away as Northern California and Boston, and as close as Orlando. 100% of your gifts to this ministry are going directly into the needs of the Dominican and Haitian community. We are what you call in a "tent maker" mission ministry. This is taken from the Apostle Paul's mission model in the early church. That means that we are not asking you to pay us to be on the mission field. We fund our own expenses through Mike's speaking in the spring and fall. This means that all of your gifts can go directly to the work at hand. We do need your partnership to make the life-saving ministries continue.
CAN A SMALL GIFT HELP A FAMILY? Sponsors who will give $10 a month can keep a family supplied with clean water and more. This will provide them a water purification system in their own home. It will cover the maintenance of the system, and the purchase and replacement filter elements. This system is so good it will filter out cholera! It also gets one of our Pastors into their home every month to speak to their spiritual needs.
CAN A SMALL GIFT HELP MEDICAL NEEDS BE MET? Our $20 a month fund goes to save the lives of children who would not get medical care for lack of money. It goes to provide a Pastor with the much needed operation or his child with medical treatment. This $20 a month fund goes to support local medical clinics and pay for critically needed medication. How do you look into the face of child going blind from glaucoma and not help with the 60,000 pesos ($1500 US Dollars) it takes to completely cure them? Many days we have to do that for lack of medical funding. These type of cases we see almost every day.
CAN A PERSON PRAY? If you know how to reach the ear of God with your prayers and can commit time to do that we need to know you are standing with us. We will send you weekly and urgent prayer needs for you to call before God within your own prayer circle. Please email TericaWilliams@gmail.com if you can seriously be a Prayer Partner.
DO YOU FLY AMERICAN AIRLINES? If you
have any unused miles on American Airlines, we could use them. We need
to travel back and forth to the Dominican and Haiti at least twice a
year. Airline miles disappear if you do not use them with a year. Be a
good steward and give them away before they expire. Please
let Terica know if you have any miles you could transfer over to our
American Airlines account.

HOW CAN WE SEE OUR GIFTS IN ACTION? Yes, call our office and arrange to meet the family you provided a water filter system for. Spend an afternoon in the home of one of our Pastors. Fly in for the day and be changed... but be careful... you might just fly in for a day... and end up here for life!
